My son had been shopping for a used car online and found exactly what he was looking for @ Modern Hyundai in Concord, NC: a 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT. I contacted the dealer and in a mere two hours heard from their Internet Sales Rep. She was quite courteous and we set up a test drive date the next Saturday. We met Trae Quick that day and he couldn't have been more helpful. We test drove the Challenger, bought it, and during that process Trae asked my plans for MY car. No plans. It's paid for. I like it. Before long, he had me test drive a Honda Civic, which I was dead-set on...until he suggested I drive the Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. I fell in love with the "MacDaddy" of 'em all. There were so many features that Trae told me about that my head was spinning; however, the best was the overall safety rating. The next best was the overall value! Needless to say, I was sold: hook, line and sinker. There were two happy customers driving home to Greensboro from Concord that day. No sales remorse, whatsoever. Thank you, ALL, at Modern Hyundai in Concord!

I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra next door at Modern Nissan, but was unhappy with it. I already own a Sonata and we love it, so I decided to check out the Elantra and so glad I did. No idea why I did not go their first. Trey, my sales associate, was knowledgeable about the Hyundai lineup and was able to help me find the right car at the right price. I ended up getting a 2013 Elantra Limited and it is WAAAAAAY better than the Sentra (sorry Nissan). I highly recommend the Hyundai line of cars and Modern Hyundai of Concord when you are ready to go get one!

James Morelli was our salesperson. He was very friendly and not pushy. He showed us the car with everything we wanted and more. He made the deal easy, as well as Demetri who did the financing. It was a very pleasant buying experience and we have been getting lots of compliments on our new car. We also received a phone call from Jim and Brittany the following day which was great, as they didn't forget about us the minute we left with our new car. Thanks.

I knew the car I wanted-- a Sonata SE. I did research and contacted a number of dealers through truecar, edmunds, and other websites. Of the quotes I received, only one was lower than Modern Hyundai, and they ended up beating that quote in the end. David was great -- he obviously is a salesman, but he didn't try to oversell me. I ended up with a price I was comfortable with. They worked with me so that I could return the car I bought at Carmax just the day before -- a 2013 Sonata SE with 19000 miles on it. For just $2500 more, I ended up with a brand new car, no miles, full warranties, and the features that were added with the 2014 model. I will reserve judgment on service and repairs and such, as I haven't utilized those departments yet. But the sales experience was great.

The team worked very hard to meet my price. They asked questions which helped them understand my price, then gave me information to help me make an informed decision, regardless of where I might decide to make my purchase. The team members I worked had fun personalities and were very respectful. I believe I'm going to really love my new Santa Fe Sport.

So far my experience with Modern Hyundai has been outstanding. The initial Shopping process was very low pressure and brought to mind the great experience I used to get from my local Saturn dealership in Illinois. I originally was looking at the Accent, specifically looking for a manual transmission. Alan let me sit in both an Accent and a Veloster, and then found a manual transmission Elantra sedan in the lot so that I could take a test drive. I ended up deciding on "practical" vs "fun" - the interior space in the Elantra made more sense for my family. However, we ended up purchasing an Elantra GT in a manual transmission - so I ended up getting both practical AND fun! The purchase experience was excellent, and everyone I've worked with at the dealership has been pleasant and helpful. So far I've had one problem with the car - the airbag light stayed on. The service department correctly diagnosed a failure in a sensor in the passenger buckle and ordered a replacement part, and scheduled a convenient time for me to come in and have the part replaced, and everything worked just as I expected. I've also ordered a few parts from the parts department (cargo tray, all weather floormats, etc), and the ordering process has been smooth - they have been able to tell me how long it will take and the parts come in on time, and they've been able to confirm that I'm getting the correct parts for this particular model (I've had trouble in the past with other dealerships). Absolutely no complaints about this dealership at all!

Couldn't have asked for higher quality in service. The sales person was extremely helpful in all ways and very understanding as to our needs. The sales person was very patient in explaining the different aspects of the Sonata. The finance officer was very cordial and helpful. The facilities were exceptionally clean. This is our second Hyundai and we are impressed with the quality of the car and happy campers to now own two. I would rate the overall service five stars plus.

Alan Parker provided outstanding customer service. Absolutely no pressure, he laid out all of the options available and let us choose on our own without trying to influence our decision. It's always interesting when I go to a dealership specifically looking for manual transmission, but Modern had an Elantra GT in stock with manual, and gave me a fair price without any hassles. The finance manager, Anane Thabiti, walked us through all of the documentation required, explaining everything clearly and completely, and made the financing go very smoothly. The gentleman in the parts department was also very friendly and competent, and I have no doubt that the service department will be excellent as well. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I had limited time to purchase a vehicle for my college-age son yesterday. One phone call to the dealership set the course in motion for the best buying experience I've ever had. From the moment we pulled onto the lot, we were met with smiles. Eddie Elrod was excellent in making sure we knew the features on the Elantra GT and that we were comfortable with our decision. We only spent minutes with the finance manager and were on our way. No pressure, just excellent customer service. There is no doubt in my mind that I will recommend Modern Hyundai of Concord to everyone!

A first rate buying experience. The team met all my needs and answered all of my questions. The sales consultant was well trained and could readily explain all of the car's features... including the complex infotainment system. The sales process was easy and the internet price (a good one) was honored with no bait and switches. All in all... first rate.

Best place to go to buy a car, they worked magic while I was there. I was upside down in my car (a lot) I had a minimal down payment and they still got me into a brand new sonata for cheaper payments. We showed up at 6pm the banks closed at 6:30 they closed the deal in 30 MINUTES. I cant stress how hard Jim and his associates worked for me. They got me into a brand new car with little money down and saved me over $100 a month in payments with GAP insurance that's insane!!!! If you have any doubt about car shopping then you need to check these people out over at Modern Hyundai you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the help you gave me, I couldn't of asked for a better experiences.

Brenda, I had a great experience, with Siles he was very helpful. I was very impress with how he took time to help me. I also had a good experience working with the business manager(Mr. Anane Thabiti) the paperwork went smooth and all my questions were answered. I would recommend anyone to Modern Hyundai. My son in-law knew I was looking for a car and recommended I speak to Siles @ Modern Hyundai. He and my daughter bought their Sonata there and they had a great experience. I called Siles told him what I wanted and expected from my car buying experience. When I arrived at Modern Hyundai Siles greeted me with a car! Exactly what I wanted. I was in the market for a new vehicle and had actually gone to SC to test drive several different vehicles. My best friend, Lori, had told me her husband had worked at Modern Hyundai and that I should see Silas, as he had sold her her car! Once I decided which vehicle I was interested in (the Elantra), we went to see him and the buying process was easy as pie! Silas and Dumetri were very fair on the price of the new car, as well as what they were willing to give me on my trade. I was also informed that Modern has a veteran's discount! They gave me the payment I wanted, I signed the paperwork, and it was all very painless! Silas went over all the details of my new Elantra Limited and even hooked up my phone to work with the Bluetooth in the car! I would highly recommend everyone to purchase their new vehicle at Modern Hyundai! They have definitely made a customer for life! Thank you again, Modern!

Just bought a new Santa Fe Sport to accommodate our growing family and couldn't be happier with the customer service and buying process I experienced with Modern Hyundai. Our sales associate, Jim Morelli was great to work with. Showed me only what I wanted to see and was able to get me both more vehicle and a lower payment than I expected. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and the follow-up has been 100%.
